Damaged or Incorrect Items
Specialty Lighting Group values its relationships with you our Customer. Before returning a product, you MUST first contact our Customer Service department via email at email@example.com.
In order for a return to be valid you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Once your email has been submitted someone from our Customer Service department get back with you within 3 business days and will assign you an RMA#.
Clearly mark each address label of each package being returned with the R.A. #.
To help expedite this process please provide the required information In the body of the email:
* SALES ORDER NUMBER
* QTY & PRODUCT NUMBER
